As Executive Director and Chairman of WCB Property Development, Graham manages Corporate Governance for the Group. Leveraging off his banking experience, he leads capital raising and works collectively to build an efficient capital structure, to match WCB's growth trajectory.In my role as a Corporate and Investment Banking Transactor, Graham manages client relationships, originating business, analysing corporates to determine risk and feasibility of transactions and working alongside credit for transaction approvals in credit committee. He manages internal and external stakeholder engagements with regards to clients Banking needs.In Structured Finance Graham focused on clients within the Business Banking Sector, dealing with acquisitions (leveraged buyouts), recapitalizations and asset purchases; analysing business operations and providing structured solutions to clients.As an Operational Manager, he was tasked by the Executive Team to rotate through the Operational Subsidiaries within the Foods Business, with the intention to join the the Operational Subsidiaries Management Team.In Graham's role as Corporate Finance Analyst, he assisted the Executive Team with research as well as feasibility and valuation modelling. As Executive Assistant to the CEO, he sought out new business opportunities internally, through improving existing operations and exploring business synergies, or externally through new business ventures. As a Junior Investment Manager, Graham analysed company research to form views and thereafter assist in the management of client portfolios. He spent 3 years with a fiduciary Business, most recently managing a Trust Team, focusing on business development. Graham spent one year as a graduate in Fiduciary Business, in consultation and business development, with a focus on sales; marketing the full business offering and creating and implementing new business development projects.
