CurrentOwned and managed the roadmap and team responsible for customer-facing platforms. Including but not limited to managing the end-to-end process of moving features and initiatives from conceptualization through to testing and release, scheduling resources across the team. Reviewed customers’ needs and requirements, and translated those into software development priorities and process improvements.Rolled out product level behavioural analytics for customer facing products. Then used insight to analyse user user experience, identify problem areas, and influence product decision making. Scoped and delivered upgrades to product accessibility requirements to improve compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. Worked closely with the UX Designer to conduct research project on current user behaviour and needs to identify new product ideas, and metrics to ensure that we are delivering additional value to users.Collaborated with UX Designers on new product ideas, establishing metrics and parameters to measure success of new featuresHosted regular Demo/Showcase sessions to highlight work completed by development teams, and keep stakeholders up-to-date on new feature releases and updates to products.
