My area of special interest is the use of vision, mission, and major goals to increase staff motivation and results. I have thirteen years of management experience.I have been fortunate enough to work with a large number of individuals within my teams over the years who have significantly improved the organisations we have worked for, leading to revenue growth in training and membership, initially during the challenging period borne out of the global financial crisis of 2007–2008. My leadership style is nurturing – and coaching is the cornerstone of my approach.
