About Graham Kench Flpi

I am a senior manager specialising in revenue growth, people and change management within the professional membership / learning and development sector. My area of special interest is the use of vision, mission, and major goals to increase staff motivation and results. I have thirteen years of management experience.I have been fortunate enough to work with a large number of individuals within my teams over the years who have significantly improved the organisations we have worked for, leading to revenue growth in training and membership, initially during the challenging period borne out of the global financial crisis of 2007–2008. My leadership style is nurturing – and coaching is the cornerstone of my approach. I head up Membership and Qualifications for the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (Association Excellence Awards 23 Winner: Best Membership Support).The CIPR advances professionalism in public relations by making its members accountable to their employers and the public through a code of conduct and searchable public register, setting standards through training, qualifications, awards and the production of best practice and skills guidance, facilitating Continuing Professional Development (CPD), and awarding Chartered Public Relations Practitioner status (Chart.PR).
