My name is Graham Keogh and I am a grounds maintenance assistant at Dublin Cemeteries Trust, where I maintain the upkeep and grounds of Glasnevin Cemetery. I have a keen attention to detail and a positive mindset, and I like to see a task through to its full completion.Before joining Dublin Cemeteries Trust, I worked as a landscaper at Redlough Landscapes for over a year, maintaining parks and estates on the south side of Dublin on behalf of South Dublin County Council. I performed various landscape maintenance duties, such as mowing, strimming, weed removal, tree planting and tree maintenance, plant installation and plant maintenance. I also dealt with the public efficiently and politely, demonstrating my customer service and communication skills.I have a passion for tourism and travel, and I attended Colaiste Ide Finglas for tourism and travel services management from Sep 2018 to Jun 2019. I learned about various aspects of the industry, such as marketing, management, operations, and customer relations. I also have a warehouse operations skill, which I acquired from working at a warehouse for a few months in 2017. I am proficient in using Twilio Flex and Stripe software, which I used to manage inventory, orders, and payments.I am an honest, articulate, and outstanding person, who intends to achieve and reach my full potential in life. I have obtained vast experiences and results in the roles I have been in, in industries such as customer services, aviation, construction, and landscaping. I believe I would be an asset in any job I do, and I have a good track record in attendance and punctuality. I have full faith that I will achieve my goals and get to where I want to be in life.
