I was in the Debt Recovery department in Lloyds Banking Group, my role was a negotiator and advisor for customers existing loans/bank acc's. The role was heavily targeted and I performed above and beyond my role and helped the customers arrange easy payment plans for the customers to pay the funds back and maintain the companies TCF approach
