• Visit market prior to contract signing/launch to perform due diligence, involving: o Terminal income projections o Advice on market requirements – Pay-out percentages, staking, game themes/lines required etc.
• Remain in-country during first few months to ensure successful launch and recommend promotional campaigns.
• Assist local management in hiring and training of new staff
• Liaise with customer to ensure their needs are met
• Leave local staff with clear direction upon exiting a market to allow them to continue to succeed in my absence

• Test market software/liaise with development team to ensure quality
• Make recommendations to improve player experience (button functionality, game features, speed etc.)
• Advise other members of testing team on severity of bugs and necessity for immediate fix
