I am the CEO and co-founder of 2iC Limited, we are global leaders in digital interoperability in the battlespace. 2iC’s unique software layer liberates human capability in the battlespace by digitally automating the exchange of mission-critical and actionable information between commanders, operators and equipment across land, sea and air.I’m an experienced software company senior manager, with particular strength in the start-up phase of a project, company or initiative. I have over 25 years of software expertise with major corporations and specialist companies both in the UK and internationally. After graduating with an honours degree in Mathematics, I started as a software developer and have experienced the breadth of the software development industry covering: system design and architecture; project and delivery management; commercial and general management. My experience includes clients in both public and private sector in domains as diverse as insurance, publishing and e-commerce through to education, health and defence.Outside of work I'm a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of World Traders and an active scuba diver and instructor. I also coach mini rugby at London Welsh Rugby.
