I am a passionate and experienced Transformation Leader, who has significant experience in leading all people aspects of complex transformation programmes. I place a particular emphasis on the behavioural and cultural aspects of change management, and creating a structured, engaging, and coherent change experience that is focused on delivering programme outcomes and business benefit. Throughout my 20 year career, both in consulting and in industry, I have worked with a range of private and public sector clients, leading change management and transformation teams to support my clients through some of their most complex change challenges impacting individuals both nationally and globally.
