• Managed the end-to-end lifecycle of assets with a total value of $1.3bn and individual values of over $15k distributed across projects globally. • Facilitated global inventory for the Polarcus high-end towed streamer data acquisition with a fleet of 3D seismic vessels. • Accountable for costs, warranty, purchased information, planned maintenance, transfer to other vessels, storage or repair facilities and reporting lost or scrapped equipment. • Accountable for 8k units of controlled equipment with a value of $211m, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. • Led warranty negotiations, ensuring optimal pricing and terms. • Liaised with a wide variety of external bodies to ensure full compliance with all relevant process and regulations. • Identified and successfully addressed critical areas of non-compliance with US controlled equipment regulations. This included collaborating with various stakeholders to write procedures and design an online system for monitoring controlled equipment. • Conceptualised and designed an online emissions tracking tool in collaboration with a third party developer.
