As I enter the next phase of my career I plan to invest my time supporting others either leveraging my skills and experience or in areas where I have a passion.Initially, I will be working with the excellent charities www.bookmarkreading.org and www.beanstalkcharity.org.uk to support children with their literacy as a Reading Helper. Data from OECD states that literacy is the single biggest factor in determining an individual’s social and economic outcome and post the pandemic many children are behind and need supporting.I will also be investing my time in early careers mentoring, local environmental activity and my health and well-being. More to follow.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Career Experience: The focus of my career to date has been leading multi-cultural teams and developing people to achieve their potential. I have mainly worked in Digital leadership roles covering Digital Transformation, Digital Product Delivery and e-Commerce trading performance. I have also been a leader in non digital Partnerships, Commercial, General Management and with P&L responsibility. The sectors I have worked in are energy, mobile telecoms, travel & financial services. I have run my own interim business and been engaged both as an interim and in full time employment. I am currently focused on volunteering and helping others fulfil their potential
