Assisted the Head Coach with all aspects of the NCAA Division III Program for the 2014/15 season with a focus on practice planning, video editing, scouting and individual guard development; resulting in retention of the conference's best FT% and improvement to second best 3FG% defense and rebounding defense while incorporating five freshmen into the rotation. Despite losing a conference high 102 games to injury, the team met its pre-season prediction. Additional responsibilities included growth and activation of the Athletic Alumni Chapter to cultivate a database in excess of 5,000 new contacts and showpiece events such as the Conference Volleyball Finals - which resulted in exceeding our target with over 1,000 fans in attendance while working with ESPN who broadcast the event live. Engaged with multiple new corporate and community partners including Reebok, Crossfit & RhinoCo to forge new relationships.
