About Graham Rolfe

I’m a Senior Finance Professional who influences and supports senior level decision-making and strategy in global Banking and Financial Service environments.I have been involved in numerous high level initiatives and projects, including product profitability modelling for a challenger bank, supporting the Group’s accession to APS, setting up bespoke reporting, tracking and control frameworks and developing stress testing capability. Increasingly I’ve worked very closely with Executive Team members in a highly strategic capacity.I relish being at the heart of change and helping to drive business-critical solutions; I always deliver and create teams that do too. A recurring theme in my recent roles has been building teams from scratch; I’m quick to understand the remit and identifying the often-disparate parties that can contribute in the necessary ways to get the job done.
