• Input to the QHSE aspects of the annual internal audit plans to ensure that operations are suitably audited to satisfy the Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental Policy objectives.
• Ensure own and departmental competencies are current.

• Direct the Projects Team
• Ensure all jobs are processed through production in a time and quality efficient manner, hitting due dates with all purchase order requirements met
• Run production meetings and from these ensure visual management and WIP on system are matching and fully up to date
• Managing revenue targets ensuring deviancies are communicated
• Responsible for the HSE functions including management system and personnel
• Carrying out regular internal audits and point of contact for external customer audits

• To look for opportunities to grow the business, whether through partnerships or new initiatives, and work to take advantage of those opportunities
• Support the tendering and contracts awards process
• Negotiate, develop and manage commercial agreements to optimize the company’s commercial interests
• To carry out analysis of sales and other reports to give insight into how the company can make adjustments to improve performance
• To assess risks and make recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a business situation
• To oversee financial Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

• Reporting to the CEO as part of the senior management team the principle tasks include but are not limited to the following:
• Head the Business Support/Warehouse Team
• Work with the management team on strategic planning
• Monitor and review working practices to ensure KPI’s are met in line with agreed timescales and levels of support
• Health and Safety representative
• Responsible for developing and increasing the skills of employees through training, developing and coaching, whilst ensuring a good succession plan is in place for future team growth and infrastructure changes

• Organise Rota's and control the workflow for each team member
• Manage the office/warehouse environment ensuring that the facilities are adequately maintained and that WEB RSL comply with all legislative requirements
