As demonstrated by my diverse product line support background, I am able to quickly adapt and assimilate to new processes, procedures, and technologies. My career in reliability management was focused on delivering significant cost savings through effective incident investigations which led to meaningful corrective actions and subsequently prevented recurring incidents. I developed the KPI metrics which track the average days to conduct investigations and the reported incident rate. I also trained engineers globally regarding optimal investigation practices. If high impact incidents occurred, I would compose a report and present findings to customers.
