I have high level experience as a Cloud Specialist from architecture, design through to implementation of NewBase’s growing cloud environment since 2006. I am involved in all aspects of Cloud Service offerings from technical pre-sales and design to project management of new Cloud implementations (Desktop as a Service to Infrastructure as a Service) through to management of the team who ensure the optimal day to day operations of the Cloud environment. In 2011, Newbase bid as a supplier on the ICTSS.1307 Infrastructure-as-a-Service panel. The bid was successful and Newbase created a self-provisioned cloud environment from the existing from the existing data center resources. I was responsible for the design and architecture of the environment. Since then the cloud platform has been the foundation for revenue generation for the company and a cornerstone of the services Newbase provides. I have grown NewBase’s cloud services from the ground up and NewBase Cloud provides Customers with access to facilities, infrastructure and services that are already established, managed and maintained by NewBase and housed in multiple data centres in Queensland, Australia.
