I was fortunate enough to stumble into the travel industry while booking a trip to Germany in 1996. I was born in South Africa and spent most of my school holidays travelling around the country and beyond with my uncles, both salesmen in the food industry. I started working with Flight Centre pre university, I spent 3 years learning the trade before I was snapped up by Cover-More Travel Insurance where I spent over 10 years in both a BDM role and various State and corporate roles in Victoria and New South Wales.I have a passion for working with people, the whole customer experience excites me and motivates me to be a better listener and get involved with peoples passions and experiences. I am always looking to improve my skills, sales abilities and supporting the general customers satisfaction.Today, I represent Travellers Choice, a dynamic group of independent travel agents who have a long history in the industry and are very successful business owners. The role is fulfilling, challenging and very rewarding and a perfect place to enhance all the skills I have acquired over the years getting to this position.
