Collaborating with producers and volunteer committees to deliver the IMechE’s program of professional engineering events in-house, across the UK, and overseas. These comprise of lectures, 1-3 day conferences, and awards evenings ranging and typically cater for 60-300pax.My role is to undertake all operational elements of each event from initial venue search to post-event wash up report. A large part of my role is liaising with speakers and looking after the sponsorship journey – being the primary point of contact and delivering on all contracted activity for our sponsors and media partners, such as breakfast briefings, drinks receptions and private dinners as well as promotional activity.
