LMS is an investment company listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. Previously working with an external manager, the company is now returning to internal management and its investment committee, of which I will be part, will concentrate on making investments working with specialist management teams it knows and trusts and building on areas of past success such as real estate, energy and late stage private equity.

I stepped down from my position as Senior Partner of Nabarro LLP on 30 April 2016. I have turned my attention to new challenges, drawing on my experience as a corporate lawyer and more recently in management as a senior partner to advise entrepreneurs and senior executives on raising business finance, managing effectively and enhancing personal progression. I will in appropriate cases offer my services as a non-executive director or as a board adviser to support these activities and also as a mediator to help resolve disputes or disagreements in a business context.

As senior partner, I chaired Nabarro's partnership board. I was responsible for developing the strategic direction of the firm, overseeing its implementation and representing the firm to the marketplace.
