I'm an environmental consultant/project manager with +9 years of experience, specializing in land use planning and new facility development projects, as well as CEQA/NEPA technical analysis and document preparation. Focusing on the mining and construction materials industry, as well as other industrial, commercial, and agricultural sectors, I help clients throughout the Western United States navigate complex local, state and federal land use entitlement processes, as well as environmental permitting and regulatory compliance issues. I also perform detailed noise and vibration analysis and impact modelling, with a focus on the mining industry, and prepare surface mining and reclamation plans in accordance with the Surface Mining and Reclamation Act of 1975 (SMARA). From initial conception/design to final approval, my goal is to achieve successful outcomes and provide valuable guidance to my clients throughout the entire permitting process.
