Assisted the Chief Logistical Officer in the execution of logistics and fleet management policy and planning for a 12,000 person organization. Assisting with the management of budgeting, their party management, transportation and internal fleet spending. As a Regimental Support Operations Officer I supervised a team of six specialized individuals in the planning, execution, and supervision of logistical operations in support of 3,000 individuals and five entities. Solely responsible for ensuring that all logistical needs were met during execution preventing interruptions in operations. Additionally served as a Liaison to sister entities; planning and supervising logistical operations across lines of responsibility.As a Platoon Leader I was responsible for the health, welfare, and professional development of 10 leaders and 25 members. Responsible for the readiness, maintenance, and accountability of more than $14 million in vehicles, equipment, and specialty tools. Planned, coordinated and resourced logistical chains in support of the execution of training and missions.

Established and developed relationships with commercial lines insurance carriers. Completed commercial insurance inspections and loss control reports and recommendations. Completed Workers’ Compensation and General Liability insurance audits.
