I was responsible for the fundraising efforts in West TN for the Alzheimer's Association - Mid South Chapter. I lead, organized, marketed and managed our Walk to End Alzheimer's events as well as other special events. I was the point of contact to recruit, develop and manage volunteers in Memphis and Jackson, TN to plan and implement Walk. In 2012, I successfully lead our Volunteer Committee to exceed our overall plan for Walk to End Alzheimer's by 30%. I was responsible for cultivating relationships with select corporations to secure corporate funding and support to help build the donor and volunteer bases and enhance public awareness. I also maintained our Convio database system and provide timely marketing pieces for our constituents. My position was the main liaison from West TN with our National Organization by communicating regularly and providing timely metric reports.

Exceeded Specialty Leasing budget for 2005 by 21%. Identified numerous unique and exciting new concepts for Specialty Leasing programs in Boston, Newark, National, JFK and Dulles Airports. Oversaw the visual merchandising program to ensure the program met the standards of a Class A shopping center. Responsible for the development of all volunteer recruitment strategies, design materials, and on-site volunteer management during the 1999 National Senior Games.
