Recruited to replace a director and take on the role of Managing Director I have responsibility for sales, finance, client relationships, development and maintenance management, administration in addition to providing core banking system consultancy services to our clients.

From Principal Consultant, Sales Consultant, to Professional Services Director - managed company's biggest project to prepare a large Irish bank for the Euro (plus Y2K), responsible for systems sales to existing clients and managed the consultancy and client support teams. Worked in London and, latterly, New York offices.

Created the complete IT function for a new full branch in Moscow, the first British bank to be BoE licensed in Moscow. From scratch, recruited IT team and architected & delivered core banking function which met with both UK & Russian accounting & reporting requirements which, at the time, were wildly different and often contradictory.
