My passion in Electronics has really been a product of my interest in programming and processes. Even when I was young I always disassembled things and reassembled them just to know what made them move. Now being older and in an ever growing digital age it was a clear choice for me to take my curiosity one step further and explore the processes behind electronics. My studies at Conestoga College have enabled me to understand and create electrical circuits and programs that are at the heart of any digital device as well as opened my eyes to how electronics is affecting the world around me. Travelling through Europe and North America I have been able to see and experience the similarities from country to country, or even continent to continent, that technology brings. It fascinates me that the processes used in the Guinness brewery in Dublin, Ireland uses the same format and instructions that I can program at my school to run pneumatic pumps and conveyor belts. Electrical Engineering is a more relevant field than it has ever been before and my studies and experiences will equip me for the challenges that lay ahead in my career.
