Advisor Websites was acquired by Snappy Kraken in May of 2022. I joined the integrated company as the President at this time to lead the combined organization into the next chapter.

Working primarily with the executive management team we've introduced several initiatives to optimize key processes in order to allow the business to function more efficiently and effectively as a SaaS organization. Some of the activities involve:- A recalibration of metrics and KPIs which measure key lagging and leading metrics to become more agile and use data driven decision making for key issues- Reconfiguring how the product team is structured, including sprint methodology and project development, as well as the longer term strategic client-facing focus- A large scale optimization of the client onboarding function, involving the automation of time intensive activities to deliver more value to the client and reduce repeatable tasks- Optimizing the use of the current stack of technologies to allow interdependence and cross-platform automation- Advising senior leadership on strategic planning, key initiatives, project management and industry activity- Preparing the business for a high volume growth phase by creating sustainable and scalable systems and processes - An overall implementation of LEAN methodology across all functions of the business to increase efficiency
