I see myself as a player / coach that thrives in developing, implementing and participating in comprehensive sales efforts: from Go-To-Market strategic sales efforts to complex multi-year renewals for enterprise sized customers. I'm a believer that technology will save us and analysis is the heart of any good business. Any strategic plan needs to have the underpinnings of a good set of metrics (eg. OKR's) that everyone has agreed to, iterates on and drives towards.And at my heart I'm a goal setter (in my personal life and business) and believe that the "foreman sets the pace" (I learned that ironworking through University). I like to help build the strategy but I also love to get into the ditches and help dig.
