Australian Dairy Nutritionals Limited (ASX:AHF) is a vertically integrated dairy farming and manufacturing business (fresh and milk powders), with its key operations based in and around Camperdown, in South West Victoria. Achievements include:• On commencement urgently prepared from scratch a detailed 3-year budget and forecast for the group covering 12 diverse entities, presented to and accepted by the Board.• Undertake a review of the business, initiated a Group restructure, and presented recommendations to the Board for approval.• Oversaw preparation and completion of the 2021 and 2020 Statutory Reports, income tax & FBT returns.• Took responsibility for the implementation of standard costing, and review of IT and ERP systems to replace 3 separate accounting systems.• Assisted the CEO and Board is assessing potential joint ventures, M&A, disposal of surplus assets, undertaking a $7.5m capital raise and refinancing of debt.

Revenue circa $1.4b.Responsibilities included overseeing the Accounts Receivable and Payables departments, Treasury (cash management, foreign exchange), Taxation (all facets), Corporate Reporting (monthly and annual management and statutory reports, for internal and external parties, monthly forecast, budget preparation and general ledger maintenance, fixed asset register and purchase card administration). Supervision of 50+ staff, including 5 direct reports. Committee member for Sales & Operational planning - Pre-SOP, Corporate Governance, IT Steering, Finance Leadership, Policy & Procedure and OH&S committees.Achievements include:• Led a cross functional senior management project team mandated by the board of directors to review the company’s core value statements and had the recommendation for the adoption of new values as presented, accepted by the board and successfully implemented throughout the company.• Established and managed the GST Steering Committee that successfully implemented the GST.
