With a degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom, Graham spent 12 years in London successfully selling property and becoming a sales manager before relocating to South Africa. Graham initially joined Seeff North Coast where he operated for 7 years garnering top sales positions in Simbithi Eco Estate for three consecutive years and achieving the Number 1 KZN Sales Agent Position, in Rand value, for two consecutive years – an incredible achievement. Graham was appointed Sales Director at Seeff North Coast where he managed a team of 20 sales agents and devised a continuous improvement training programme to drive the entire sales team’s sales successes. Graham has now joined the independent agency Local Real Estate as a partner and in the position of Managing Director Graham is overseeing the various divisions comprising Sales, Rentals and Commercial.
