I use a variety of tools and techniques to help business owners assess how well their business is performing, recognise opportunities for future growth, and identify strategies to increase their revenue, profitability and business value.To do this I draw my knowledge and experience gained from past and present clients, and from the senior and diverse management roles I previously held, most recently in a $1.5 billion national business employing 5,500 people and previously in two universities and the central agency of the Australian public sector.I am a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. I have been educated to Master’s degree level, have completed consulting and executive coaching training programs, and am a certified practitioner of the Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBTI). I also lectured part-time in management related subjects for 7 years at the QUT.I offer personal coaching sessions on a wide range of business topics.
