About Graham Young

I have extensive experience in I.T., specifically in the development and delivery of financial, ID verification and data enhancement products to Financial, Government and Insurance sector clients. My career has progressed from being an individual contributor to managing teams of varying types and sizes and also in building excellent relationships with clients at all levels. I thrive on helping others achieve more than they ever thought possible. I am currently responsible for the Client Delivery Management, Sales Support and Commercial Contracts Management teams at LexisNexis Risk Solutions Ltd. who take the sale to a delivered working solution. Previously I had responsibility for the management and success of major programmes for Experian, FICO and Ikano. Programmes included authentication of identity for central government departments, the development and delivery of application suites to support the set up of new personal loan and storecard businesses for a number of major UK retailers, from marketing and mailing, through application processing, account management and collections.The design and proposal of a new projects office to support the application development and delivery department.
