My role centred around building a robust Customer 360 data model and database on MongoDB, with the objective of centralizing customer data for efficient analysis and search capabilities.Key Responsibilities and Achievements:Database Creation: I played a pivotal role in designing and creating a MongoDB database to store intricate banking transactions securely and efficiently.ETL Logic Development: I developed Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) logic to seamlessly collect data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.Data Transformation: I implemented ETL processes to transform raw data into a comprehensive Customer 360 view, providing a holistic perspective on customer interactions and activities.Data Modeling: I designed and established a robust data model within MongoDB to efficiently store and retrieve Customer 360 data, optimizing database performance.Backend Development: I contributed to building a robust backend infrastructure using FastAPI, enabling swift and secure customer data requests and interactions.Frontend Development: I created an intuitive frontend interface using Streamlit, providing users with an easily accessible and visually appealing Customer 360 summary and raw data display.This internship provided me with hands-on experience in Data engineering, allowing me to apply cutting-edge technologies to solve real-world challenges.
