I have built up a skill set during my previous roles that focuses on taking complex situations or principles, simplifying them and then reproducing that information in a easy to understand way. With most of my professional experience being based around working with others, I thrive in a team and in situations where I can learn what is needed of me and break it down into methodical steps. This allows me to actively resolve problems and complete tasks whilst staying calm and focused.With my degree I learnt how to successfully research what I needed, taking time to make sure references were acceptable and proof reading what I had written to maintain my own standards. Taking this into my professional life I try to stay well educated with recent information and take my time to ensure any task I complete is done to the best of my ability, being methodical and minimising mistakes.I'm looking to work with a company that takes pride in how it treats its staff, with an emphasis on mental well-being. I know I can be a great asset to any team and with my optimism, compassion and patience I can approach a wide variety of tasks knowing I can find a suitable solution.
