Headed up CAF’s Team Services planning on a 12 month mission in Abidjan for the Africa Cup of Nations. Aligned with Member Associations to provide the 24 qualified teams with the best possible preparation in the run up to, and during the tournament. Collaborated closely with the Local Organizing Committee, Fédération Ivoirienne de Football (FIF), and stadium construction companies to ensure the tournament's readiness. Responsible for technical and commercial responses for high-performance sports and entertainment events Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Project management and turnkey solutions for major sports events, overseeing temporary overlay construction and operational planning and execution. Lead teams comprising of seasoned event and venue management professionals and experienced suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of events across the MENA region.

• Work closely with the existing venues, Local Organising Committee and other stakeholders, to plan and deliver the regional and global Games that would guarantee a safe and happy environment for athletes, their coaches and families, volunteers and visitors. • Work with LOC to develop the central operational readiness framework across all functions and stakeholders to meet games standards.• Contract and manage a team of highly experienced event and venue management professionals together with CSM's experienced suppliers to build overlay and manage the MENA Games across Zayed Sport City and the equestrian venue for the World Games. • Provide commodity or supplier contract development and management, scheduling and overall programme tracking, cost management, along with code compliance.• Develop operational readiness tools, checklists and templates for each of our Venue Managers to use in the development of their plans • Manage variables and vulnerabilities to ensure risk mitigation is successfully executed toobtain highest level of games readiness.• Event Execution requirements, including but not limited to: Event production, technical coordination & setups, media operations support, manpower management, health & safety, sponsors and partner setups.

Contracted by FIFA for the Confederation Africaine De Football (CAF) to manage the team services operations for AFCON 2021. Creation of operational plans and policies for Team Services, ensuring smooth implementation of training site requirements, accommodation, and logistics before and during the AFCON tournament for the 24 participating teams. Drove the cross-functional coordination for team operations, trained and supervised Team Liaison Officers, and coordinated teams’ daily activities during the tournament.

• Lead the two year planning, execution and analysis of the Mountain Bike, BMX and Canoe Slalom Aquece Rio Olympic Test Events and Olympic competitions;• Manage the integrated planning, development and execution process for Whitewater Stadium/Olympic BMX Centre/Mountain Bike Track assuring the correct design, planning and alignment with all stakeholders;• Liaise with athletes, coaches, delegations, national and international federations;• Manage resources, risk, safety and vulnerabilities assessments, ensuring plans are appropriate and properly executed to ensure the highest level of customer service / safety;• Identify areas and phasing of readiness exercises for the X Park, conducting tabletop exercises with the cross functional participation and stakeholder engagement; • Develop the Venue specific readiness plans, Readiness Events and Test Events and capture lessons for knowledge transfer;• Create a framework of consolidated plans, tools, policies and procedures, aligned with allstakeholders to ensure that the welfare and needs of athletes is paramount to all decision making; • Participate in the Venue Use Agreements project, managing the relationship and alignment between venues owners, operators and stakeholders.• As part of the Deodoro Security & Terrorism Forum, liaise with all security and health & safety bodies to guarantee security of the venues,the competition and all stakeholders within.• Utilize expertise and best practices to ensure deadlines, costs and quality are properly vetted against the integrated activities of the Venue Team and Rio 2016 Olympic Games.

• Support Commercial Affiliates in the protection and implementation of their rights at all of the events associated with FIFA Confederations Cup 2013 and FIFA World Cup 2014;• Manage accreditation of Commercial Affiliates and related Marketing suppliers; • Deliver key Marketing Operations Projects, e.g: Youth Programme, Fan Zone, Parking, Special Marketing Programmes, Mascot Activations, Clean Site;• Implement Marketing Operations requirements at all FCC and FWC events, such as FCC Draw, FWC Draws, Team Workshops; • Define marketing needs at each venue with all stadium officials and key stakeholders;• Coordinate the FIFA Value in Kind Programme, liaising with Commercial Affiliates, internal departments and all programme beneficiaries;• Execute all Commercial Affiliate/ Marketing stadium tours.
