I am currently studying BSc Hons in Human Resource Management Degree and have just completed my second year. I have recently embarked on a year’s placement working as the Human Resource Assistant in the Employability, Marketing and Careers Department in Ulster University. This role requires me to gain invaluable experience in Employer and Student Engagement; through liaising with colleagues, clients and students ensure that all opportunities are developed and promoted effectively. Another responsibility is being an active representative for the university leading events and fairs; guaranteeing that rapport between the university and clients are created. I am a hard working individual who ensures that by being organised and sticking to tight deadlines that I produce work to the highest standard. Throughout this year I will have the opportunity to hone in and expand my communication skills with clients from global companies and I know by completing my placement year I will be able to become an asset in any company in the future.
