As an Organisation Development Associate at the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI), I support the bank's strategic objectives and culture by developing and implementing initiatives that enhance the talent and capabilities of our employees. I work with various stakeholders, including senior leaders, HR business partners, and external consultants, to design and deliver solutions that address the current and future needs of the organisation.I have over four years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and Human Resources. I hold a MSc in Human Resource Management from NUI Galway and a BSc in Commerce, which equip me with the theoretical and practical knowledge of HRM best practices, frameworks, and tools. I am passionate about people development, organisational change, and employee engagement, and I use data-driven insights and feedback to improve our policies and practices.
