As an Organisation Development Associate at the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI), I support the bank's strategic objectives and culture by developing and implementing initiatives that enhance the talent and capabilities of our employees. I hold a MSc in Human Resource Management from NUI Galway and a BSc in Commerce, which equip me with the theoretical and practical knowledge of HRM best practices, frameworks, and tools.
