Participate actively in all day-to-day Fulfillment Centre sales facilitation and operationsactivities: Customer Order Processing; Customer Order Fulfillment and delivery; paint mixingproduction; Inventory Control; Receiving; inventory replenishment, Accounts Payable;Accounts Receivable; Housekeeping; Health & Safety.• Ensure delivery vehicle is circle checked daily to maintenance expectation.• Ensure all operations and administrative timelines and deadlines are met in collaboration withthe Fulfillment Coordinator• Be punctual. Set an example for others by working safely, diligently, effectively, and efficiently.• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and applicable government regulations• Control risk management activities related to the security of the Fulfillment Centre property,assets, vehicles, inventory, and personnel in collaboration with the Fulfillment Coordinator.• Identify and Implement cost-control /cost-savings / cost-avoidance and/or waste reduction /elimination opportunities.

Providing troubleshooting assistance in customer enquiries regarding Demat Account status;Ensuring that the grievances related to Demat accounts are properly evaluated, and the customers are satisfied;Extracting data from the Back Office for assisting the Sales team;Fetching various critical data from the Backoffice for Monthly submissions;Handling and rectifying AMC and depository charges related queries and complaints;Ensuring Software support to branches by coordinating it with the Software team;Gathering data for Audits of Exchanges, Depositories and Other Regulatory Organizations.Demat account Opening, Closing, Account data modification and KYC processing;Handling the Share transfer, Closure and transfer, Transmission, Pledge, Mutualfund redemption, Dematerialization, DIS slip uploading and gap report checking; andExecuting EOD process, BOD process, Daily billing and Monthly AML processing.

Providing customer service and dispatching the materials on basis of requirements of the client;Preparing quotes for the clients in coordination with the sales team;Coordinating with supervisors and dispatching the products to clients on basis of prioritization;Tracking the existing and new sales leads and monitoring the sales executives;Providing the relevant data regarding the payment confirmation to sales team;Collecting, Organizing and Presenting the data being gathered from Sales executives for review meeting;Reconciling and updating the stock on daily basis;Preparing the bill, delivery note and weight card at the time of dispatch andCoordinating Software updates with Software team.

Preparing and providing the quotations to the clients based on the enquiries via online portal;Customizing the packages that matches with the customer requirements;Negotiating with the customers and convincing them the benefits of various available packages;Monitoring and coordinating with the team for client confirmation through tele communication;Guiding the customers in advance confirmation payment procedures through online portal;Book Flight/Train tickets, Hotel and Cab as per the package needs on relevant dates;Coordinating with Hotel and Cab vendors till the last day of the package andCoordinating Software required updates with the concerned team and handling back office software for the whole process of package.

Developing and modifying the code based on the client requirements; Testing the application manually by creating test cases;Enabling and developing the features as per the client requirements;Presenting the details to team whenever new features are implemented;Coordinating with the clients when new updates are released;Supporting client in rectifying the clarifications in the process andConducting client meetings and providing training to the clients.
