And, the heading for this paragraph is an exceptional statement uttered by him as he himself is a continuous learner of life. Well, what makes one utter such exceptional statements, unless if one has experienced so much of life itself. My journey of 25 years in the Marketing & Finance industry has not been easy; much like a merchant ship succumbed to various weather conditions and tough seas and yet finally, the cargo and the mates have arrived in their dock, good, rich and intact! Born in Mayiladurai, a famous town deep interior Tamilnadu, My interesting journey began there. In his earlier days he was basically an IT & tech-savvy guy and was immersed in the field of Computers & Hardware working 24 x 7. Then, he moved on to the Mobile industry to set up a chain of retail stores during 97-98. As he was looking up for greener pastures, the Real estate Industry was all shining in its golden period during early 2000 and took a deep dive in the industry in 2002.Today, I am the Director of Real Estate & Real Estate Dependent Companies like Astalakshmi Real Estates Pvt. Ltd., Astalakshmi Foundations Pvt. Ltd., Developer Home & Acres Pvt. Ltd. and Partner in Lodha Estates and more; companies which are active in buying & selling, brokerage, re-sell or re-buy and more. Lodha Finance India Ltd. is a huge support finance limited company helping clients in the real estate industry and the Managing Director of this company, has helped so many real estate promoters and developers in their construction projects. Plus, he is also a financial consultant for his off-shore clients in Dubai and Hong Kong.Personally, i am fun loving and jovial person, and love ‘Desi ya Videsi’ music. Whether it’s a old Kishore Kumar number or The Beatles album, you can bet that my ears would be glued to the head phones. I love travelling and meeting people.
