My journey at Upbizz has been incredible. I started as a Junior Video Editor, but through hard work and a clear vision for the team, I was promoted to Team Lead Editor within six months. I had the opportunity to manage a team of five, working on a variety of projects, ranging from short videos to documentaries. This allowed me to collaborate on a range of projects, which allowed us to expand our network.- Another key responsibility was onboarding all new editors who joined the company, helping them understand our needs and workflow, and ensuring they fit well with the team.- I quickly learned the importance of attention to detail in every project, from following trending edits to meeting client needs. I also handled quality control, carefully reviewing edited videos, providing feedback, and supervising revisions until everything was perfect.- In addition, I took comprehensive control of all management processes, overseeing budgets, schedules, and team coordination. This ensured that every project met high standards while staying within scope and deadlines.At Upbizz, I managed over ten projects at a time, all while being part of an energetic and collaborative team. The fast-paced environment allowed me to refine my leadership and creative skills, and I thrived in balancing multiple tasks while ensuring high-quality results.
