Due to my high interpersonal skills, approachability, and unique skillset between construction and government process experience, I have full ownership of all Major and Minor projects throughout the portfolio of Victoria Police’s PDC Command. This command encompasses all training facilities, the Police academy and covert sites.During my contract I have successfully been the missing conduit between the property division and the Police PDC command. Due to my strong high level interpersonal and written communication, consultation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to make sound judgements about and articulate issues at senior levels across the campus. I personally was entrusted with overseeing and managing all program and project governance, reporting, procurement, and contract administration across the entire portfolio of the Academy. The program of works to upgrade facilities and infrastructure were developed and prioritized in collaboration with multiple high-level stakeholders and Policing Commands.
