I am a senior consulting partner with over 25 years of professionalservices experience helping organizations across Government ofCanada departments, agencies, and crown corporations, as well as the broader Canadian public sector ecosystem.My areas of experience span across a wide range of functional and technology domains, with Finance Transformation being my anchor, where I frequently help senior executives establish a modern vision for their Finance organizations, develop Finance strategy and operating model, optimize processes, and implement digital and innovative technologies, such as ERP, EPM, robotic process automation, AI, analytics, as well as low code and no code applications.In addition, my work often expands to broader back office transformation, including Real Property Transformation, HR Transformation, and Procurement Transformation. I have also delivered a wide range of service modernization and digitaltransformation projects for front office functions, directly impacting Canadian citizens, industries, and economy. In parallel to my functional roles, I have led priority accounts within theGovernment of Canada, including Department of National Defence, Transport Canada, and Global Affairs Canada.I’m passionate about catalyzing change, leveraging disruptive technologies, developing innovative approaches to solve complex and strategic business problems, developing strong relationships, developing next generation leaders, helping others succeed, and contributing towards a better Canada for all.When I’m not with my clients, I’m usually outdoors – fishing, camping, exploring, and enjoying sports including golfing, skiing, and of course Canada’s greatest pastime, hockey.
