As a Student Supervisor at the largest dining hall on campus, I lead a team of student employees to provide efficient and high-quality service to our campus community. My responsibilities include managing work schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. I advise in the hiring and promotion process, and when necessary, provide proper disciplinary action to uphold standards. I also offer guidance and support in resolving conflicts among staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment where everyone feels safe and included.
