 Conducted background analysis of specialty coffee market in El Salvador. Interviewed Ministry of Agriculture official along with 11 Salvadorian coffee farmers and 7 representatives of coffee support organizations to gain insight into current operations and challenges. These organizations included, El Consejo Salvadoreño de Café, International Women in Coffee Alliance, and CLAC (La Coordinadora Latinoamericana y del Caribe de Pequeños Productores y Trabajadores de Comercio Justo.) Toured fields of coffee tree farms and coffee bean processing plants in central and western El Salvador. Reported predictors of and barriers to future growth in coffee industry in El Salvador.  Compared Emory University El Salvador findings with Yonsei University research results in Tanzanian coffee study. Shared data for published report

 Communicated/negotiated in Spanish with staff members, vendors, and international clients throughout Central America and the Caribbean. Adjusted prices for stock offers from company’s factories in China; advised domestic and Latin American distributors of new price schedules. Collaborated with Megatrade CEO and relocation team to transfer data and physical assets to new corporate headquarters in Miami, Florida.
