Commercial Manager involved in all aspects of PFI/PPP Procurement, Delivery and Operation on behalf of HOCHTIEF, which has required working in multiple locations throughout UK, EIRE and Greece.SPV Board Director for HOCHTIEF projects in Scotland and HOCHTIEF UK Management Board member.Responsibility for the delivery and management of SPV Management in Scotland which covers all aspects of SPV managed services including: reporting; compliance; change management; lifecycle fund management; dispute management; insurance procurement; benchmarking; liaison with Authorities; FM Companies; Equity Investors and Senior Lenders etc; and management of construction accounts including settlement of Final Accounts.Commercial management of PFI/PPP bidding on behalf of HOCHTIEF, focusing on: negotiation and agreement of construction and FM pricing; contract negotiation; cost plan control; financial model inputs; lifecycle/whole life costing; consultant appointments; due diligence and managing commercial / legal work streamsExperienced in preparation and management of claims and dispute resolution, including negotiated settlements, mediation and Adjudication.Recent responsibilities have increased to include a seconded (Part Time - April 2012 - Present) Commercial Management role for HOCHTIEF Facility Management Company in the UK. This involves advising on: financial issues; change management; disputes; contract matters and instructing, preparing and implementing commercial process and practice at contract and strategic level.
