• Take control and carry on the affairs of the company;
• Investigate the affairs of the company including reviewing whether the governance structures in place were appropriate and whether the directors of the Club had complied with their obligations;
• Review the operations of the Club and determine whether restructuring opportunities existed to ensure the long-term viability and sustainability of the Club; and
• Fully implement and project manage the restructure. Following extensive work over the period of administration, the Club's long-term viability and sustainability was secured through a raft of reforms to the businesses.
