As the Grassroots Director on U.S. Congresswoman Stephanie Bice’s campaign, I manage grassroots organizing efforts, connect with constituents, oversee phone banks, and coordinate volunteer activities. I also recruit and manage interns, ensuring they are integrated into campaign operations. My responsibilities include door-to-door outreach, attending community events, assisting with social media outreach, and creating meaningful voter engagement strategies to build support for the campaign.
