Act as the role of China DC site leader based in Shanghai WGQ PFTZ office coordinating 3PL, distribution operations, inventory control and logistics function (transportation and customs operations)

Responsibilities &Achievements:Customer-to-Customer whole supply chain performance owner and make sure continue improvement, Use correct plan to strongly support sales growth target and meet customer delivery requirement.1) Sourcing Department. Need source the partner from material to finished goods which could not production at factory. Need make sure the production stability, office daily work. Focus on cost and drive all vendors to improve their service/material quality to meet Rittal quality continue improvement requirement.2) Master Planning. Based on sales/market requirement, prepare monthly/weekly production/merchandise plan on SAP. Make sure production can be run smoothly, inventory keep at reasonable level and material on time purchasing. Limited customer backlog and improve customer order fulfillment rate.3) Logistics. Own import/export all 3rd Logistics Service Providers performance, China 6 regional HUB management performance and domestic delivery performance.4) Modification Center. Based on customer requirement, to purchase equipment, check the drawing from customer, and support cutoff/modification/integration service on China 6 regional modification centers.

Core team member of 2010 Notebook supply chain movement team, leader for China Supply Chain direction.3) From WW logistics design to daily operation management, from material purchase VMI to factory production plan, from China to WW end customer, also covered some reverse shipment; I began from learner to daily operation execution, finally to be process designer and owner. To reward my contribution, I got China Employee highest award - President Prize.4) From factory warehouse supervisor, to set up whole operation management team at Shanghai, finally to success Chongqing local supply chain team buildup, my team got the WW Best Team Award.
