Expanding the capabilities of the in-house Geophysics team to provide high quality Moving Loop Electromagnetic (MLEM) data for informed drill program testing and targeting. Objectives included overseeing the operations of the MLEM teams; rostering, training and mentoring personnel; and liaising with the Geophysics department to plan and execute surveys within set parameters.Achievements:• Recruitment of personnel to establish two independent MLEM crews with back-to-back teams, providing continuous field surveying over the field season.• Implemented the utilisation of the JESSY SQUID (Superconducting Quantum Interference Device) sensor, vastly improving survey instrumentation sensitivity allowing for deeper anomaly targeting.• Provided comprehensive 24/7 emergency, mechanical, and technical support to field crews, enhancing operational efficiency and minimizing downtime.• Continuous review and development of survey vehicles and equipment, improving reliability and safety whilst reducing downtime.• Joint recipient of the 2021 IGO Making a Difference Safety Award for the implementation of UTV operations.
