Working with both internal and external stakeholders. • Leading and managing internal projects raging anywhere from process improvement projects through to large business change projects. Identifying risks and issues throughout as well as a creation of lessons learned logs for reporting and to provide recommendations on future process improvements. • Developing Change plans with a wide range of communications that are created with different audiences in mind and schedules as to when key communications should be sent.• Owning Budget and tracking spend.
