This role is split into two sections of Project Management: • Leading and managing the implementation of new client solutions from a suite of different offerings to best meet customer needs. Working with both internal and external stakeholders. • Leading and managing internal projects raging anywhere from process improvement projects through to large business change projects. Key Task include:• Working with both internal and external teams to ensure that we have designed and executed the solutions that has been sold to the customer. • For internal projects: Realisation of Business cases along with Key Stakeholders to ensure Project success from the shaping stages. Creation of measurable and achievable Project Objectives.• Identifying work streams & key stakeholders throughout the business and their varying levels of involvement (Governance, Project working group, Work stream owners etc). • Creating project plans (Microsoft Project) and timelines that are in keeping with critical timelines and deadlines. Ensuring that tasks are assessed and priorities correctly. • Ensuring all stakeholders (up to and including ELT level) are held accountable for their assigned task and work streams. • Facilitating meetings, creation of packs to present weekly and report on progress to Governance board and projects sponsors on regular basis. Diary management, minute taking and further task assignment during the Project timeline. Identifying risks and issues throughout as well as a creation of lessons learned logs for reporting and to provide recommendations on future process improvements. • Developing Change plans with a wide range of communications that are created with different audiences in mind and schedules as to when key communications should be sent.• Owning Budget and tracking spend.
