I managed the roadmap and implemented ITV’s DMARC rollout for 1000+ domains. This included stakeholder engagement with over 30 partner organisations and internal business areas, leasing with them on necessary changes. This included technical guidance on how best to pass DMARC, through implementing DKIM or SPF. This included frequently logging changes in accordance with ITIL and representing my changes at change review boards. Progress was reported fortnightly to key senior stakeholders.I automated analysis spreadsheets using Apps Script via the REST API, to allow data exports from third party providers for ITV’s DMARC implementation. This data was used to accelerate decisions to progress the project closer to completion, without the requirement of additional staff or resources.I Introduced and managed the rollout of new collaboration focused hardware to ITV. Including stakeholder engagement to enhance and offer new ways of collaborative working.I current assist with a team who manages and implements changes to the ITV G Suite estate, including migrations, rollouts and decommissioning of features to follow Googles roadmap.I work closely with key partners to ensure ITV's G-Suite implementation is optimised and mitigates risk to ITV. Tickets are raised where necessary and I participate in security reviews to guide our work for the coming months to reflect best practices.I currently work to the Agile project model with Kanban elements and follow a division wide prioritisation model for tasks.

I provided MacOS, Windows and iOS client support to ITV staff and onsite third parties. Part of this included coverage of other sites across the country. I also operated on an out of hours rota to cover broadcast critical systems and ensure resolutions were provided promptly. I prided myself on providing education, in place of just resolving issues, ensuring to empower users to resolve their own issues, and taking the time to educate on new tools available to help improve work efficiency.My work formed part of an ITIL service delivery model, providing support to a third party client, ITV. Incidents were logged appropriately to ensure accurate problem identification and resolution delivery. Once complete, accurate root cause analysis could be performed. At all times a warm, welcoming service was provided, keen to engage with users and build rapport.I provided user training and education, ensuring that staff could make the most of the tools provided to them, and to ensure that best security practices were followed, for example multi factor authentication and OS updates. Feedback from these events was collected and fed back to improve the quality of the user experience in future.I provided International onsite technical support for Euro 2016 in Paris. I scheduled other colleagues on a shift rota, to ensure that technical support was always available during crucial live transmission times.I functioned as point of contact for the migration from a previous document ingestion and management system to a new solution. Ongoing support was provided after initial installation, including learning sessions with key stakeholders to ensure optimal use of new hardware.

During a Secondment to the ITV Devices Team I implemented automation on a variety of workflows to reduce time and interaction from users, allowing easy and accurate reports to be generated. This fed into providing data analysis to drive roadmap development and help with cost estimation relating to asset lifecycle management and budgeting.I created innovative, new end user documentation and training material to educate users through step by step videos, significantly improving the user experience and reducing the need for input from technicians.I helped with software testing and provided input on UX and UI implementations for a new device deployment strategy, backed by JAMF Pro and Apple DEP. This process helped to speed up device turnarounds, and make more of the devices available, reducing the need for additional devices to cover loan requirements.

Part of my responsibility was ticket resolution, via remote application support. I contributed to a 50% reduction in ticket resolution time through efficient working practices and first time fixes. Alongside office based work, I also performed onsite installation, comprising of server side applications and embedded software to assist clients in moderating and billing of print usage. I created and delivered multiple training courses to clients, demonstrating how cost savings and monitoring can contribute to a reduction in reprographic costs and environmental impacts.I used SQL Database querying to assist clients in retrieving print quantities and applying appropriate costings alongside data to evidence reduction in print costings following installation of the provided solution.
