I'm currently an Independent Contractor, keenly interested in continuing to support and affect change for the better in the Identity/Biometrics and US Dept of Defense space, following a long federal career as a counterterrorism (CT) professional supporting war fighters, special operators, executives, foreign partners, and policy makers with strategic/tactical intelligence and analysis to achieve decision advantage on the battlefield and in the policy arena to kill or capture the bad guys. I've traveled extensively in the Middle East and Europe, interacted with the NSC routinely, and deployed to theaters of conflict to support war fighters and decision makers. I'm a true believer in the power of people, the importance of mission, and organizational objectives. For the last 6 years of my Federal career, I was the Chief, Identity Intelligence Project Office (I2PO) at the Defense Intelligence Agency and then Chief, Identity Intelligence Division for the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security. My skill sets include Identity Intelligence, Identity Strategy, Biometrics, Identity Management, US National Security Issues, US Dept of Defense issues, Policy Formulation/Implementation, Force Protection/Security and All-Source Threat Analysis, Special Operations Forces Support, Intelligence-Operations Fusion, Program and Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement and Coordination, US Military Joint Staff processes, Change Management, and more. I know how to lead, integrate, manage, and build productive relationships and teams to get results. I've served in a Senior Executive Service billet, so I'm familiar with functioning at Executive levels.
