It probably won't be long until he has is CCNP as well. If anyone has seen Grant's abilities and work ethic first hand, they wouldn't hesitate hiring him, if in a position to do so. I'd consider myself very lucky if I ever end up working in a team with Grant or someone of a similar level of ability. I'll be interested to see which company manages to grab him first, once he graduates at the end of this year."
